What Made This Year So Special?

This year, we went all out to create a Christmas experience packed with family-friendly activities and magical moments, and the response was incredible. Here’s a look at what made our event stand out:

• A Visit to Father Christmas: 🎅 Children enjoyed meeting the big man in brand new woodland lodge, where they shared their Christmas list wishes and received a special token to spend in the Elves Toy Shop

• Gingerbread Decorating: 🛠️ Little ones got creative with hands-on when decorating a special gingerbread, and parents enjoyed a mulled wine and mince pie.

• Festive Food and Drink: 🍪 From warming hot chocolates to our delicious homemade Christmas treats, our food and beverage team brought the flavours of the season to life.

• Outdoor Winter Adventure: ❄️ Despite the chilly weather, families explored our adventure play areas, where outdoor fun was enhanced with festive decorations and twinkling lights.

A Team Effort to Remember

Selling out our Christmas event for the first time is a testament to the hard work, creativity, and dedication of our team. From planning and marketing to decorating and delivering exceptional experiences, everyone played a part in making this milestone possible.

Our marketing strategy played a significant role, with early promotion through social media, newsletters, and local partnerships. By building excitement and ensuring our message reached families in the region, we were able to achieve record-breaking attendance.

A special mention goes to our food and beverage team, who kept everyone fueled with festive delights. 

The Impact of Community Support

We are incredibly grateful to every family who made this event so special. Seeing familiar faces, hearing laughter echo through the Den, and reading heartwarming feedback has been the highlight of our season. Knowing that we created lasting memories for so many families is the greatest gift of all.

With this year’s sell-out success, we’re already planning how to make next year’s Christmas event even more magical! We’ll be incorporating feedback and brainstorming new surprises to ensure that 2025 is even bigger and better.
