As part of our friendly front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of William’s Den – providing a warm welcome and exceptional guest service from the moment people arrive. You’ll help create a smooth, memorable experience for families, whether you’re handling bookings, answering queries, or keeping everything running like clockwork behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering outstanding internal and external guest service – always with a smile

Managing bookings and enquiries clearly, efficiently, and professionally

Ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy, and beautifully presented

Handling guest questions, feedback, and concerns with care and confidence
