Father Christmas arrives at William’s Den
Breaking news… a surprise special guest has just flown into William’s Den and taken up residence in our cosy Christmas Cottage!
Father Christmas appeared on his sleigh along with Mother Christmas, and they are already welcoming little guests to hear about all their Christmas wishes and give them a special early present.
Father Christmas said: “We’d heard so much about William’s Den and its fabulous outdoor and indoor play experience for families. When they brought in a skating rink, too, we decided we had to visit!
“Young William has kindly allowed us to stay in the Christmas Cottage while I check off all my lists and prepare everything before setting off to deliver presents on Christmas Eve. We’re having a lovely time and looking forward to meeting more of the lovely children who visit the Den.”
Families can book to visit Father Christmas over the phone in advance or on arrival at William’s Den. It costs just £6 per child to meet him and receive a Christmas gift. Grown-ups all go free.
You can come along and meet Mr and Mrs Christmas without paying to enter the play areas, but it’s also worth making a day of it with the children, whether you play, skate, make Christmas crafts, eat at the Kitchen Table or just meet Father Christmas.
On arrival, children will be greeted by our playful Elf before finding the secret gate, then following the pathway to the Christmas Cottage. Mother Christmas will greet the children and make them feel at home, showing them into their snug study, where they are busy preparing for Christmas Eve.
The little ones will be mesmerised by the whole experience of chatting with Father Christmas, while Mother Christmas takes great care of noting all their wishes in her magic book. They look forward to meeting you!
