Three cheers for three more Remarkable East Yorkshire Tourism Awards nominations for William's Den!
Team William is thrilled to be shortlisted in not one, but THREE categories of the Remarkarble East Yorkshire Tourism Awards 2023.
The awards, now in their 13th year, were created by Visit Hull and East Yorkshire to celebrate the remarkable things going on in the Hull and East Yorkshire tourism industry and have become a real high point of the year for restaurants, hotels, attractions, pubs, and events within the East Riding.
William's Den has been shortlisted in three categories in 2023:
Remarkable Ethical, Responsible and Sustainable Tourism Award- Sponsored by HPSS
Working in an ethical, responsible and sustainable way is incredibly important to us here at William's Den. From the very first architect designs with rainwater loo flushing, ethically sourced building materials and a commitment to low food mileage; all the way to new and upgraded features like additional solar panels - we want William's Den to be a place where your children and your children's children will be able to enjoy.
The other nominees in this category are: Broadgate Farm Cottages; Laurel Vines Vineyard and Winery; and Pasture House Holiday Cottages.
Remarkable Restaurant
You know about our woodfired pizzas made fresh to order in front of your very eyes. And you almost certainly know about our 24 flavours of ice cream all crafted right here in our William's Den kitchens. But did you also know about our famous Yorkshire Pudding wrap, Korean Fried Chicken burger, or other delicious menu items? We're passionate about our food, our food stories, and service with a smile that always aims to go the extra mile. Creating great food to fuel young imaginations and adventures is a huge part of our ethos and to be nominated in this category is extremely special to us.

Remarkable Visitor Attraction of the Year
The icing on top of the REYTA nomination cake is to once again be in the running for the Remarkable Visitor Attraction of the Year award. Last year, we were thrilled to take this one back to North Cave with us to show all of the members of Team William what a difference their job makes to our customers and the East Yorkshire tourism industry.
Also nominated in this category are: Sledmere House and Gardens; and Sewerby Hall and Gardens.
The prize winners will be unveiled at a glittering awards ceremony at Hull's DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in November.
